"I have never been able to share this out loud, only to those closest to me as it was too painful and my brain buried it to protect me however it’s been there affecting my life since! I lost my mum when I was just 9 years old! I never really processed how horrific that was and life just moved on! I tried various different therapies over the years but thanks to lovely Angharad I have been working with the amazing Gill Kirkham for the last few months to uncover and heal the wound. I have essentially been stuck as a child my whole life but between the energy work I’ve done with Gill and the effort I’ve put in to make that change, I’m finally free! It’s affected my relationships with people and partners, its made me angry ( basically having a tantrum) when things didn’t go my way and has been a huge block on my business and my life! I also want to apologise if my past behaviour affected anyone especially Angharad.
